Safety Tips.
Always read the instructions before starting to assemble your barbecue.
Barbecues are for outdoor use only and should always be placed in a well ventilated area and kept away from any flammable materials.
Never block any of the ventilation from a BBQ and always place the gas bottle to the side of the barbecue never directly underneath the heat.
Always perform a leak test on your gas barbecue annually following the instructions in the manual.
Never cover more than 50% of the barbecue with a solid grill.
To avoid flare ups trim excess fat off meat and turn burners onto a lower setting.
Ensure all knobs are set to the off position when you have finished cooking.
Remember to empty the drip tray regularly and check regulary if cooking fatty foods to avoid fat fires.

Maintenance Tips.
Line the drip tray with aluminium foil.
To prevent food sticking to the porcelain coated grills use a brush to apply a little cooking oil before each use.
Turn up the heat on to full for 5 minutes after every usage and brush down the grills and griddles.
Even if your barbecue is covered inspect it regularly for damp and condensation and dry where necessary.
To clean the grills and griddles use warm soapy water and a cleaner with a non abrasive surface.
Burners should be inspected and cleaned regularly. Do this with a pipe cleaner taking care not to enlarge the burner holes.
